Mary's Place provides supervised visits and monitored exchanges for parents going through divorce or separation when issues of child custody are involved.
We specialize in working with families with a history or threat of domestic violence, stalking, sex abuse or child abuse. The goal of our program is to increase safety for victims and prevent violence during visits and exchanges.
A referral to Mary's Place can be requested in Deschutes County Circuit Court by either parent in cases where child visitation or exchange is a concern, ranging from criminal, restraining order, contested restraining order or dissolution. Parents may also contact us directly at 322-7460.
Both parents must participate in a separate, no-cost, intake appointment prior to scheduling visits or exchanges.
Located in downtown Bend, Mary's Place offers a friendly atmosphere for both parents and children. Sliding scale fees. Spanish-speaking staff available.
